There are fully accessible iOS card games.  Check out the app developer Kid
Friendly Software.  All their games, which include Blindfold Video Poker,
Blindfold Blackjak, Blindfold Solitare, and Blindfold Wildcard (which is
basically Uno under a different name), are 100% VoiceOver accessible.  Also
feel free to check out the AppleVis website.
