Hi,
I wonder if you need to maximize the window.
Try hitting the alt key plus the space bar together. Then, arrow up to
maximize and hit enter.

Greetings all,
I am using Windows Live Mail, Windows 7, 64 bit, and Jaws 16. When I press
control N to create a new letter everything is fine until I get to the
message body, and Jaws says File, C : Users, My name, app data , and a bunch
of other stuff I can not copy, nor remember. I can not attach a file, or
access the ribbon. I assume I did something wrong, does anyone know what it
might be? lol.
