Can you just depress the Delete sign on the computer? I've never used
Control D or Alt D for deleting, keep that in mind for spare hot key, if I
need one.

Subject: Outlook 2013 & Jaws 16 issue when deleting messages
Hi all,
I am having trouble with Outlook 2013 and Jaws 16. Here's what I do...
1. Read an email message.
2. Press CTRL + D to delete the message.
3. At this point, Jaws loses focus, and reads nothing. If I alt tab away
and
then back to Outlook, I am placed in the next email message and am able to
read the message, although I am usually placed at the bottom of the
message.
I can also press the alt key to bring up the ribbon, and then press the
alt
key again and this places me in the email message.
Is there some setting I need to change to fix this?
Thanks,
Russell
