To have a document printed at one of these stores, what file format does it
have to be in? And will they print envelopes for you also? After all, what
good is printing a letter only to discover that the store can't print the
envelope to send it in.

In fact, yes Gerald. UPS and Kinkos along with those other stores will
print
for you as well. You provide them with the file (on a thumb drive). I
think
even coscto does it, but haven't used them. About it being cheaper...I'm
not
so sure about that. I would have to disagree on that point. The toner for
my
printer runs me around $75.00. This particular model doesn't do refills.
Anyway, at $75.00, it's still cheaper than going to the store and paying
something like 5 or 6 or more cents it is per page. Maybe if you print
every
blue moon, it might come cheaper in the long run, but I'm doubtful.

I don't get it. Which store will perform printing jobs for you? Best
Buy?
Staples? McDonald's? WalMart? Please explain. And how do you transport
the document you want to print to this mysterious store? Do you copy and
paste it to a flash drive or what? I really don't understand how this
works.

I have been using Jaws since Jaws32,who knows how long ago that was?I
do not know how many printers I have had,but I solved my printing jobs by
going to the store and using one of their printers.I would suggest you do
likewise.It is cheeper that way!

Subject: printer accessibility
It is time for me to replace my HP 3915 ink jet printer. I suspect that
just about any wireless, color, stand alone printer out there will meet
my
modest demands for quality and speed.
My concern is accessibility. Can I assume that HP, Epson, Brother
printers
are accessible for routine printing purposes? Should I be warned off of
something?
My screen reader is Jaws 16.
Thanks for your help.
Stan
