Yes, I understand that, and that is how I have JAWS settings enabled. But how 
do I know which key will activate the left and right click?

Maybe I'm overthinking this. Can I just use the left and right click buttons on 
the computer, or do I have to use the NumPad equivalent that's embedded in the 
keyboard?

IfIf the latter, that is what I don't know how to use. I think it is one of 
those f n key variants, which stumps me.

You must use the laptop keyboard layout settings in JAWS instead of the 
Desktop layout. This is found in the JAWS basic settings.
