Hi all, I have an issue while installing jaws. I am using windows 8.1 with hp laptop.
Previously i have used jaws 15. Later i have installed jaws 16. I got an error that juk.ll can not be down loaded. Some sharing components are missing. >From then i have tried to install, modify, repair. But same error. I tried to indstall jaws 15 again. The issue is i am getting same error. I tried by restoring myi settings in earlier date. Still i am getting same error. Could any one help me in resolving my issue. Thank you in anticipation. Smiling is a part of life.
