Hi, Carolyn. Sometimes this can be cleared up by going into your e-mail
program's encoding menu and changing how the e-mail is decoded. Other times
not much helps.
Sometimes the encoding is in Western European Windows. Sometimes it is in
Western European ISO. Sometimes it is in Unicode 7 or 8. You just have to
experiment, viewing the e-mail in various decoding methods and see what
works.

Subject: Strange characters in e-mails.
There are times, when I get an e-mail, and some or all of it contains
unreadable stuff like graphic, Euro, Times New Roman, all kind of stuff
that doesn't make sense. Moving the entire material to Word Pad does not
make a change. Have any of you had this? Have you found a solution?
Thanks.
Remember, life is what you make it,
Carolyn
