Hi Adrian & Northstar, I'm not saying this to argue the ansi or ascii value of the sterling pounds number, but when I press the, NumPad 5 key, 3 times quickly on the sterling pounds symbol, it gives me a unicode number of 163. But yet, if I turn the numpad on, hold down the Alt key, press 1, 6, 3, turn the numpad off, I get, ú. doing what Norstar suggests & typing, 1, 5, 6 does give me the, £, symbol. Whoops, I just tried typing, 0,1,6,3, & did get the, £, symbol. Damn, this ansi / ascii stuff can get confusing! LOL LOL Take care. Mike This email was sent from my, iBarstool. Go Dodgers!
