I was having a similar problem in Outlook Express for the last year or so. Now that I am temporarily parked here in Outlook, I'm not having it, but can't figure how to navigate in the thing. It's not all bad though, by a long shot. That double reading is irritating, and I'd hit Control, then Say All again; sometimes that helped.
