Ann, I did as I was instructed yesterday - went outside your message, hit Control C for copy, then Control 3 for Contacts, then Control V for paste. Your address is in my contacts, which I will delete, but my instructor told me to practice what he taught, so I did that one. It definitely works in Outlook 13 and is so easy!
