Also, when you check the system volume control, do you know if IE is active when you look at the "volume mixer"? If it is not, it would not show up on the " volume mixer" list. If it is, I am at a loss to help further along this line of approach.
Otherwise, could the "volume on the YouTube page" be accessed with the Touch Cursor?
