That's my preferred method.  With our Interchange program, that has about a 
jillion links, the list is essential.  For instance, when I want to see a 
member waiver, I go into the list, and hit M 27 times--yep, 27.  I have another 
function that requires 29 taps, but imagine how slow scrolling would be.

You can tab from link to link, shift-tab to go back.  With JAWS you 
can put all the links into a list with insert-f7.
