Hi Tom, Thanks for the reply, what is the media creation tool? Is that just the standard windows upgrade program that will run when I click to upgrade windows or is it something separate I need to download?

I've seen the advice on freedom Scientific's website is to uninstall jaws before the upgrade. Does anyone know if I start narrator will that work throughout the upgrade process or will there be a point where narrator stops working and sighted assistance is needed to click options to install the update? I've also seen a couple of emails on the list about advisable settings to change in windows 10 once its installed, but I wasn't planning to upgrade at that point so didn't pay much attention. So if there are any settings in windows 10 that are advisable to change once installed it would be appreciated if people could let me know what they are. I know we've had lots of emails about the windows 10 upgrade so sorry if I'm asking a question that has been asked a million times before.
