Hi there,
the best way is to press Windows key + X and enter on programs and features.
Arrow down to JAWS 16 and press the applications key. Press enter on
uninstall and follow the prompts. You will be set. Take care. Just a note,
if you are installing JAWS 17, I would keep JAWS 16 on your computer as
well. I like to keep a back up installed. However, if you want to install
JAWS 16, that is how you do it. Take care.
