Hi Peter,

I've been playing. When I plug in a USB that is bitlocker protected, I get a
toast which I can read with Windows + V. Like you, Enter and Space do nothing
for me. But I can Tab twice - first time I get to "Dismiss this notification",
second time JAWS says nothing, but if I then press Space, it opens the
necessary screen for entering the password.

So the steps that work for me are Windows + V, Tab, Tab, Space. The toast only
stays on screen for a few seconds, so I have to be quick!

Steve

Hi Steve,

that worked. After hearing the musical tone, windows+v gives me the
notification message.

Itannounces the device and:
tap to choose what happens with removable drive

I cannot invoke a tap, the space-bar and ENTER do nothing.

When I choose to eject the USB pen drive I hear:
    ... safe to remove hardware.

Inserting the MS Office setup disk does not start automatically and I don't
know how to tap with the keyboard.

Thanks for getting me this far.
