I don't use a one-handed keyboard but I do use the two-handed Dvorak
keyboard layout in Control Panel. There are Dvorak layouts for one-handed
use in control panel though, one for each hand. Unfortunately Jaws does not
automatically switch Jaws-specific keys (like Ins+T for the title or Ins+Q
for the loaded keyboard set) to the keyboard layout in use but there's a
file called keycodes.ini in the Jaws shared scripts directory. Copy that to
your personal scripts folder and modify the scan codes to correspond with
the new locations. It's a bit tedious but requires only a normal text editor
so it's no big deal.
