It also causes me problem and I regularly have to call our internal hotline
to ask them a new password.

Here, we are prompted to change our password at log time a few days before
the expiration day. I notice this window opens because my shortcut key to
startup Jaws does not work. Sure it is not satisfactory and if someone has a
better idea, please post but I noticed at my *very* first steps with Jaws
that it has many problems to give feedback, (either in Braille or spoken),
of security data, (my own password, access to some devices like the serial
port of my PC, ...). Many of these problems seem to be due to NT and I hope
they will be solved one day if they are not already. Have a nice day. Chris
