JFW has two ways for identifying links in Netscape. It's a toggle. if
you get a "no links" message on a page on which you're convinced there
should be links, then use the toggle, and try tabbing again. The toggle is
the combination of the shift+control+T Keys; that is all three keys (shift,
control and letter T keys) must be depressed simultaneously.
