The only button in the download dialog is the Cancel button. This is
true for both Netscape and Internet Explorer.
I've noticed, especially lately, that JFW has a problem "determing the
default button in this dialog box", as you pointed out. I've asked
them, I got a mumbo-jumbo answer which I've long since forgotten.
Best thing to do is, route JAWS cursor to PC cursor, in which case
your JAWS cursor will be on the cancel button, then move upward to
read the rest of the dialog box, most of which isn't anything you
don't already know anyway. I find the most useful way to read this
dialog is with the Insert-plus-keypad-3 key combination (Insert+PgDn).
It says "Cancel", of course, but it also tells me the most important
piece of information on that dialog, how fast my download is going.
