Hey there,
While in Microsoft Outlook, go to the View Menu (alt+V) and make sure the
third item, Folder List is checked. If it isn't just press enter on it.
If you want to see if you are on the patch, insert+J for Jaws, alt+h for
help, A for about Jaws and if Jaws says version 3.20.31 you're on the patch.
