Thanks Scott,
What I am trying to do is check the status of the Numlock whenever focus is
moved from a DOS box, and if it is on, then turn it off--unless the focused
window is a DOS box, then make sure it is set.
I use ASAP in a DOS box, and it needs Numlock set, but when I Alt+Tab back
to Windows, and try to use the Jaws cursor, I have to first toggle Numlock
off again, then just the opposite when Alt+Tab takes focus back to the DOS
box.
Even though I have the Exit command running a "Setnum off" when I exit back
into Windows, it doesn't always toggle the Numlock off.
I've got it turned off by default in CMOS, and invoke it only when I drop to
a DOS box, but can't seem to get it toggled off again when back in Windows.
Anybody got any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks,
Dennis Brown
