Hello Paul -

You must place the string function before the first script that calls it in
the script file.  So, your function must physically be located above the
SayWord script.  This is a bug in JFW that, hopefully, will be fixed at
some time.  The problem is mentioned in the script manual in section 8.3.2.
 Unfortunately, that section comes after the problem your working on.  I'll
fix that problem next time I revise the manual.
