Nope, the patch didn't fix the problem of Eloquence crashing on certain words.
Sounds like someone over at HJ needs to get up to date on a few things, eh?
This is not the first case I've heard of that some techs or customer
service people at HJ are spreading misinformation. That problem should be
nipped in the bud before it gets way out of hand, don't you think?
