If JAWS is in your Start Menu (which it probably is already) there are only two other things which come to mind:
1. If you have an earlier version of JAWS or some other screen reader, try using this whilst you execute the SETUP program.
2. Make sure the extracted file unzips to the folder you expect it to go and that the Setup appears to "Run".
3. Reboot your computer and check that About box again.
If these don't work then I really don't know! Sorry, it must be frustrating for you!
