I downloaded PC Typer from Chetan' Bakhru's webs site as he suggested, and
kpw201 from a web site suggested by Tom Baccanti. Both were big
disappointments Neither was compatible with JFW. I am sighted, but
wanted it for one of my students.

JFW did not read the topics in PC Typer. For the topics "Work with key
board drills" and "play hurry scurry" all I got was the message "Cannot
find lesson directory"

The topics "Make up you drill", "Do open typ" and "learn the keyboard" JWF
read the text I typed, but only if I typed very slowly. For typing
practice I found just typing in WordPad more useful.

As for kpw201, a lot of it was the keyboard graphics. I could read some
of the sample sentneces by repeatedly switching from pc cursor to jaws
cursor and tabbling, but still could read the instructions or make any use
of the colored keys on the grahics.

I remember the program "typing tutor" from years ago and may still have it
on an old 5-1/4 floppy disk back home in NY. But I am currently in the
Bahamas for the winter and cannot get it. It was an old DOS program and
would probably work with JFW.
