arachnophilia and jfw and colors

Hi.
I recently downloaded arachnophilia and when I start a web page, it asks me
for the colors,
Some people have said that arachnophilia works extremely well with jfw.
well, if so, how did you ever manage to select the background color, link
color, visited link color, etc?
do you have to do it with the jaws cursor or what?
