Undefining keys for specific applications.

Hello listers.  I have a question about the keyboard manager.  Suppose I am in an 
application that uses certain key 
combinations as hotkeys, but those keys are defined in JFW's default file as JFW 
hotkeys.  How can I disable those JFW 
hotkeys for just that application while leaving them in the default file for other 
applications to use?  Thanks.
