Well I get a similar thing, but I don't lock up completely.  it seems
that somehow either Outlook Express or the browser performs some kind of
illegal operation and either the system hangs completely, or 1 or the
other or both close.
can this be fixed since I occasionally like to send either myself or
others articles and stuff I find on the www.
