I have read many messages over the jfw list serve. With the propencity of
computer users to cut short or change the word to fit any name they desire I
am often left in the lurch. Many times I spend more energy trying to
figure out whether or not the word used is a word itself, a new derivation
or just simply a misspelling. Homonyms present a special problem, and I
would like to use the correct one, you see, cee, c, C, sea. The entire
meaning of a sentence is completely altered when using an incorrect homonym
or misspelling. Now what did I just say?

Before sending a message to the list I request you read and check your email
messages for errors. After that send it. My jfw screen reader program
seems to work okay with the spell checker in my computer. If yours does
not, I understand.
BTW I am probably one of the world's wurst spellers.
I did run this message through the spell checker before I sent it, and I can
assure you I have stated exactly what I mean.
