Hi,
It would seem that your problematic computer is not configured in the
standard way. I mean that Windows isn't installed in the customary way on
that computer. In these cases, your computer will be somewhat different
than what is on the JFW training tapes. H-J can't be responsible for a
misconfiguration of Windows. If Windows Explorer isn't shown, then the
installation of Windows may have some problems. You could place a
shortcut in the Programs folder under the Start Menu to correct this
single problem, or you could install Windows in such a way that you make
sure it is set up with the correct, standard, configuration for Windows.
