Real Player adaptation

I have looked through Real Player looking for some hot keys to fast
forward, pause, stop etcetera, but with no luck. I would like to label the
buttons and make some simple scripts to click them when I am playing a
file. I would also like to put JFW to sleep when real player opens. Will
the scripts still work in an application when JFW has been put to sleep?
And am I missing any hot keys or an easier solution?Thanks
