I have a question on the alt tags. some time ago, we had a discussion
on the wai ig list about alt fitting into the width of the image and if
it was to smal it wouldn't be displayed by browsers one or another. I
find thath no particular rhyme nor reason that jfw sometimes does and
sometimes does not give access to alt text. it was my understanding
that if images were off that the alts would appear. this does not
always seem to be the case. as for frames results here too are
inconsistent. so, has anyone tested the size factor where alts are
concerned? if the size of the image is too small for the alt to fit,
what should jfw do? jfw does not act on html. it acts on the video
that is rendered by the browser.
