Good evening Jimmy!,
I just cough your message, thought about it and remembered that this does
work with jaws. You can access the tool bar that has the left and right and
justify buttons by pressing alt, then pressing control plus tab two times,
and if you tab a few times, you find what you need. Happy blessing, and you
