Hi, Rose.  What is it that is causng difficulty?  When you go to file and new, the first thing that comes up in the default is a blank template.  You will have to press the tab key to read the rest of your choices.  If I know what is causing the problem, e.g. finding templates, reading them, perhaps I or others can help.

Does anyone have experience working with templates in Word 97?  How is the best way to get around them?  I note that usingthe tab doesn't reallywork and I have been using the Jaws cursor and clicking the mouse but is there an easier way?
