First, go to the Control Panel and then find Passwords and press enter.
Then press Shift + Tab once to change to the Remote Administration tab. Then
press the right arrow once to change to the User Profiles tab. Then press
tab once, then press the down arrow to pick the "Users can customize their
preferences and desktop settings. Windows switches to your personal settings
whenever you log in." radio button. Then press the tab key three times and
press enter ( OK button ). The other options are under Users under the
Control Panel. There you can add users, passwords and tell Windows which
settings you want for each user. Example, keep a different history for that
user, etc.
