Hi all,

I am forwarding this and hope some of you will reply privately to Sarah
Morley as I can't remember all the discussions around JFW 3.2 and STB
Velocity Soundcards.

Please help if you can.

Subject: bcab JFW 3.2 and STB Velocity Soundcards

Dear All,

This is a long shot - but someone many of you may know, Steve Holmes in
Coulsdon, is having a frustrating time setting up his Gateway PC with Win
98, JFW 3.2 and his particular video driver: an STB Velocity 128 (AGP),
and is looking for someone who might know about the difficulties of these
things working together.

He has had problems with the visual display, Internet Explorer won't load,
and JFW sometimes won't speak when various Office programs load. Henter
Joyce keep sending him patches and drivers which say should cure his
problems, but haven't. And of course Gateway and Sight and Sound/Henter
Joyce bounce him around between each other.

If anyone can shed any light on these types of problems, both Steve and I
would be very very pleased to hear from you!

Steve Holmes [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Thanks in advance, and best wishes.

Sarah
