jfw and icq

I posed a question to the list a few days ago and didn't realy get a
response.  I would like to know if jfw works with icq chat, I received a
response that said it did and even where to get it from.  I would like to
know if there are any special settings in icq or jfw that need to be changed
to make it work more effectively?SDo
