To help the people involved in creating the jfw faq, we request that as
many jfw and jfw-digest list members answer the questionairre. It should
only take you a few minutes. The questionairre is web based and is
available at http://yoyo.cc.monash.edu.au/~nallan/jfw

Please note that you must enter your email address. The email address you
enter must be the one you are subscribed with.
