Jaws and email

Hi all,

Vicki here.

I have a question about JFW and email.

I have a problem with it.

The problem is that sometimes I might be going through an email line by
line.  Jaws will sometimes read a line with text in it as though it is a
blank line.  I then have to press the up or down arrow key and then arrow
back to the line that was read as a blank line before it will read it.

Does anyone know why this might be happening, and what I could do about it?
