If I were you I would by an hp external cdrw recorder.
External because if you later need a laptop like I do now you Will not have
to by a new recorder.
I would also recommend that you by at least
a 32 x CD-ROM drive that will support digital audio transfer.
Make shore that this CD-ROM player supports the Cdrw format.
replacing your CD-ROM drive, will assure good compatibilitywith the
recorder you by.
most cdrw drives come with adaptec's c d creator software which is pretty
good.
