Description: When I wrote these scripts I used Joes scripts as a base
and went on from there. This is the second release of these scripts .
I thought it was probably time I submitted them to the list. I have
been monitoring the list and sending the scripts to a few people who
expressed an interest. I think the scripts are finally at a point where
I can leave them alone for a while. I will try to support them where
time allows but my employer has other priorities for my time for the
next little while.
I have included in this Self-extracting archive the grpwise.htm document which
contains a lot of useful information on configuring groupwise to get the most
out of these scripts. This document can be accessed from groupwise by pressing
control+shift+g. I have included in this document a couple of mail links which
will allow you to semd me mail at home or on the job.
improvements include
1. the day view of the calendar can now be accessed with jfw.
appointments will be spoken when arrowing through your calendar.
2. I have scripted the BusySearch and Choose Appointment times
dialogue. Now you can use these dialogues to ensure that you don't book
conflicting appointments.
3. JFW will now speak the book with focus when using control plus tab to
move from book to book in the address book.
4. two new scripts to move to the to, cc and bc fields and then back to
your original location again.
5. major update to the Grpwise.htm document. check it out with
Control+shift+g from within Groupwise application.
These scripts will work using jfw 3.0 and jfw3.2. Support for jfw 3.0
may not last much longer since jfw 3.3 is coming soon. ^?
