Hi all, Vicki here. I have a question to ask. I use Jaws and occasionally when reading email I have a problem with Jaws. The problem is that if I try reading an email line by line, it occasionally reads a line as a blank line, even though there is text there. What I then have to do is press up or down arrow, then press the other arrow key to get back to the line that was read as a blank line in order to be able to read it. As I said, it only happens occasionally. Can anybody help? Thanks in advance. Vickie
