harry,
While in Outlook Express and with the cursor on
the message you would like to move just use your context key. That is the
key to the left of the right control key. This will open up a box which
you can do the same thing as mvoing in the other program you mentioned.
just arrow down to the folder you would like to move it to, hit enter, and
vowalla! There you are. You can also copy them, delete them, look in
deleted items, and many different things in this context menu.
