Fwd: IRC Program for Blind People

        In response to the recent Mirc questions, I will post this message I had
saved in my mailbox. I have tried this out and it works, if you can suffer
through the downloading of several extra components. trust me, you will
still need to keep ascreen reader running to access what this program
doesn't give you, but this program gives you what JFW can't, real-time
chatting in Mirc through software based speech. It is great and it works
wonderfully.
