Hi there, Abigail,
See my answers below prefixed by CP:

CP:
1. Ensure the window is maximised.
2. Check the Fonts and Display under Tools, Options, choosing something
like Times New Roman. Experiment with size but keep it 12-14 or so.
>One more question, when we do spell checking in Eudora, it doesn't read the

The spell checker doesn't always work well in Eudora. You need to ensure
the screen is restored for this and use the CTRL-6 key rather than the
mouse or menus to reach the spell checker. Most of the time this should
work but occasionally parts of a window cannot (it appears) be seen by JAWS.
>Any help is appreciated.
I hope it helps.
