Not strictly on-topic:
For some time I have had extremely slow response time on my P5-166,
frequently (but not *always) four to six seconds between keystroke and
speech.
This occurs both with Accent-SA & Eloquence synthesizers. I don't have
FastFind or other indexing SW installed (unless Office '97 or Pagis have
"stealth" versions that don't show in either ControlPanel or TaskMan), and I
just increased my RAM from 32 to 64 Meg. I have JFW 3.219.
Any suggestions?
