JFW and educational programs

Hi list,
My computer lab partner and I have been asked to put together an after
school program for kids, ranging from the age of 8 up.
What we need is some resources to programs that would keep kids attention,
yet be educational, and last but not least, be JFW friendly.
If you have any such information and do not want to clog up the list with
