Problems with JFW3.2 arrow up and down continued

Hi Carol and all,

You asked a couple of days ago what senth  I was using.  I'm using the
double talk PC internal,and I haven't down loaded any programs lately.
This problem has ben going on for six months.
Maybe a little longer. 
During the summer of 98, I did load a few programs as well as 3.2 and
Internet explorer. However, I do remember the first time that I notice a
change.  There was no sluggishness but there was a pich change in the
voice.  Now, there is a decrease in volume, speech is slow when arowing  up
and down, and a noticeable voice change.  This will not happen unless I
arow rapidly.
I will go on and say that this problem has spread to  all controls, such as
the tab key.  Could this be a keyboard problem?
In checking to see if other programs are running as I write this, I find
that the only program running is Eudora 3.03 and JFW 3.2. 
This is a problem that accurs unexpectedly.
