I don't know why you would think they don't have the plugin anymore. To go
directly to the plugin download page:
http://access.adobe.com/access_plugin.html
There is a link to it from the access.adobe.com page as well. There are
16-bit and 32-bit plugins.

The site for Adobe's info re access is access.adobe.com however they do not
have the plugin any more. They do have three ways to get pdf files. I have
found the thrid to work the best. Good luck.
