Internet Explorer installation

Hello there. I have accidentally deleted internet explorer and outlook
express from my system. Is it possible to reinstall just these components
from my Windows 98 CD ROM? If so, can I do this with JFW running or am I
better to try without speech and sighted assistance? Thanks in advance,
